The program will be:
1.00-1.30pm Registration. Information and advice on Government services will be available, and refreshments will be provided.

1.30 – 2.30pm Community forum, including a question and answer session.

2.30 - 3.30pm Informal deputations - no appointment is required.

3.30 - 5.00pm Formal deputations - an appointment is required.
